The Gift of Reward: Its Applications and Rulings from the Pearls of the Organized Jurisprudence
Abstract
This work-"The Gift of Reward: Its Applications and Rulings from the Pearls of the Organized Jurisprudence" is divided into an introduction, two sections, and a conclusion:
Introduction: This section includes the importance of the topic, the objectives of the research, the reason for its selection, the research problem, the study methodology, and the outline.
Section One: In this section, I discussed the definition of the gift of reward both linguistically and technically. I also clarified its ruling, the opinions of scholars regarding it, and the reasons for their differences.
Section Two: In this section, I studied the text of the organized jurisprudence, providing commentary and analysis as far as possible.
Finally, I concluded with a summary of what our scholars have stated, affirming that the gift of reward is considered a sale.
