The research on the role of international courts and committees in protecting victims of human rights violations included controlling the concept of the victim and defining it in light of the rules regulating international human rights law, as well as who are the people who fit the description of the victim, and how this legal status developed in terms of the international community’s interest in this category.” Victims” and how they were guaranteed rights that might help them recover the material and moral damages they incurred and the violations that occurred against them.
