criminal confrontation of abuse of influence in Libyan law
Abstract
Administrative corruption crimes, including the crime of abuse of influence, are among the most serious crimes that threaten the functioning of public office, call into question its integrity, and violate the principle of equality between citizens before the law and before public services. Therefore corruption is a dangerous global phenomenon with dire consequences and implications, and it is the main factor in the collapse and weakness of state institutions internally and externally. Therefore, through this research, l tried to shed light on whether the legal texts established by the Libyan legislator are sufficient to combat this crime.
