Guardianship in the marriage contract is given to an adult woman according to Sharia jurists
Abstract
This research aims to define the guardian in marriage of an adult woman through the marriage contract. The research includes an introduction and two chapters. In the introduction, the researcher explains what is important to the topic, the reason for choosing it, the methodology followed in this research, and the structure of the research. As for the first chapter, it deals with the concept of guardianship of marriage in the language and terminology of jurists. The second chapter deals with the divisions of guardianship and the conditions that must be met by the wife’s guardian, and the sayings of jurists in marrying an adult woman. Then the researcher concluded his research with a conclusion in which he mentioned the most important results he reached.
