يهدف هذا البحث إلى دراسة بعضاً من الحدود المعيارية لمشروع الدستور الليبي والإعلان الدستوري الصادر في 2011م , ويرجع السبب في أننا اقتصرنا على بعض تلك المعايير, نظراً لاتساع تلك المعايير
وقد قسمت البحث إلى مبحثين حيث بينت في المبحث الأول الحدود المعيارية المقاربة لمشروع الدستور الليبي، وقد قسم هذا المبحث الى مطلبين: الحدود المعيارية المقاربة لمشروع الدستور الليبي من الجانب الموضوعي و الحدود المعيارية المقاربة لمشروع الدستور الليبي من الجانب الشكلي.
وأما المبحث الثاني فقد تناولنا فيه الحدود المعيارية المقاربة للإعلان الدستوري لسنة 2011م، وقد تم تقسيمه إلى مطلبين وقد تضمن المطلب الأول الحدود المعيارية المقاربة للإعلان الدستوري من الجانب الموضوعي وأما المطلب الثاني فقد بينت فيه الحدود المعيارية المقاربة للإعلان الدستوري من الجانب الشكلي .
