The standard limits of the Libyan draft constitution and the constitutional declaration of 2011

Published: 2025-02-20

Abstract

This research aims to study some of the standard limits of the Libyan draft constitution and the constitutional declaration issued in 2011. The reason for our limitation to some of these standards is due to the breadth of these standards. The research was divided into two sections, where I showed in the first section the standard limits approaching the Libyan draft constitution. This section was divided into two requirements: the standard limits approaching the Libyan draft constitution from the substantive side and the standard limits approaching the Libyan draft constitution from the formal side. As for the second section, we dealt with the standard limits approaching the constitutional declaration of 2011. It was divided into two requirements. The first requirement included the standard limits approaching the constitutional declaration from the substantive side, and as for the second requirement, I showed the standard limits approaching the constitutional declaration from the formal side.
