The legal framework for social security pensions

Abstract

This study examines the legal framework for social security pensions in Libya, reviewing the legislative framework and the bodies responsible for implementing this system. The research aims to analyze the fundamental laws related to social security and study the role of government agencies in managing financial assistance for vulnerable groups. It also addresses the challenges facing the system, such as insufficient funding and corruption.

Through this analysis, the research seeks to offer recommendations for improving the effectiveness of the social security system and promoting social justice in Libya
