Abstract
The research aims to introduce the truth about forgery and know its pillars and principles. Identify the concept of medical examination, its negatives and positives, highlight its importance for those about to get married, and then identify the causes and effects of this crime and ways to reduce it. In this research, the researcher relied on the descriptive inductive approach and the analytical approach by collecting these introductions and details that were analyzed, and synthesizing them to reach the desired results of the research. We extract from this research the most important results, which are:
Obligatory medical examination for those about to marry, provided that it is in specific centers to confirm the validity of the marriage contract from a legal standpoint, and marriage contracts in accordance with these legal procedures, is considered a precautionary measure aimed at regulating and protecting the individual and society. We also recommend encouraging people to go to medical examination centers, to reduce the rate of The spread of genetic diseases in society. Activating the role of oversight, inspection, and spreading religious and legal awareness.
