The role of the rule of law in achieving state stability
Abstract
This study examines the concept of the rule of law and its importance in ensuring state stability and protecting Citizens' Rights and Liberties. The study explains how the rule of law contributes to the elimination of injustice, authoritarianism, crime, and other societal ills. It also highlights the role of the rule of law in achieving the fundamental freedoms guaranteed in international covenants. The study discusses the challenges facing the application of the rule of law, such as the need to balance the guarantees of citizens and the nature of the system of government, and the importance of the independence of the public authorities. The study concludes The rule of law serves as a cornerstone principle pillar for building a just and stable society.
