This research examines and investigates the chapter on "Gifts and Charity" from the book "Al-Mabani wa Tahrir al-Ma'ani Sharh Risalat Ibn Abi Zayd al-Qayrawani" by Sheikh Abu al-Hasan al-Manoufi. This work aims to highlight the jurisprudential aspects related to gifts and charity in Maliki jurisprudence, with a focus on a thorough understanding of the terminology and legal rulings derived from the original treatise and their explanation. The investigation includes a comparison of available manuscript copies and documentation of the text, in addition to explaining and clarifying complex jurisprudential issues in a simplified style. It sheds light on the views of Imam Ibn Abi Zayd al-Qayrawani and al-Manoufi's explanations, providing a deep understanding of the legislation on gifts and charity, their conditions, pillars, and jurisprudential implications. This investigation represents a valuable addition to the jurisprudential library and a reference for researchers in Maliki jurisprudence and Islamic financial transactions.
