الملخص

Transnational organized crime is one of the most dangerous crimes of the modern era, threatening the entire international community. The most significant forms of organized crime include human trafficking, drug trafficking, and money laundering. International conventions have established mechanisms to combat crime, the most important of which is the United Nations Convention against Transnational Organized Crime and its three supplementary protocols, which Libya ratified on November 13, 2001. The International Police Organization (Interpol) has distinguished technical means that contribute significantly to reducing crime, and the ongoing security presence of the police force plays an effective role in preventing crime in general and organized crime in particular.
