Standards of the Sharia of Governance Systems in International Law
Abstract
The legitimacy of ruling systems has become one of the most important topics that receive great attention from the international community, as the legitimacy of political systems is no longer a national issue that falls within the scope reserved for states and they can dispose of it as they wish. The international community has begun to deal effectively with crises related to the legitimacy of ruling systems that occur from time to time in many countries of the world, and the issue of legitimacy has also begun to be taken into specific templates prepared in accordance with modern global principles. The globalization of democracy, the principles of human rights and public freedoms, the openness of the countries of the world to each other, and the development of the role of international governmental and non-governmental organizations have had a profound impact on the outlook of the international community. To the issue of the legitimacy of ruling systems, as all peoples began to aspire to a better life within the framework of the state of law and legitimate institutions.
