Abstract

Islam is a system of life that covers all its aspects. It is the Qur’an, Sunnah, jurisprudence, interpretation, and other things that this religion carries. There is no new matter in human life that does not have guidance in this religion. What calls for pride and honor is that Muslims have exerted all their efforts in order to preserve this upright religion. They followed the approach of their noble Messenger and discussed their issues according to his approach and the approach of the Companions and the Rightly-Guided Caliphs. There is no issue that was raised that did not have a supporter and an opponent in every time and place. Among those issues is (the issue of selling human milk and establishing independent banks in which it is sold). This issue has been the subject of extensive discussion among the followers of each school of thought, as well as among contemporary scholars. Each group supported its opinion with arguments and evidence, and explained the legal rulings that must be observed. In this research, I have studied what was reported from these people and what was transmitted from them.

    أولاً : الاسم : أحمد عبد القادر عبد الحميد أحمد من مواليد 9/ 7 / 1978م بني وليد الحامل للبطاقة الشخصية رقم 96748المرقب ، هاتف رقم 0924058155.

    ثانياً : المؤهل العلمي : دكتوراه في الشريعة الإسلامية بمرتبة الشرف الأولى من جامعة المنيا / كلية دار العلوم / قسم الشريعة الإسلامية بجمهورية مصر العربية سنة 2016م ، وماجستير دراسات إسلامية حيث إنني تحصلت على الليسانس تخصص لغة عربية ودراسات إسلامية من الجامعة الأسمرية للعلوم الإسلامية ( الدفعة الأولى سنة 2000م بتقدير عام جيد جداً بنسبة 78 في المئة ثم التحقت بالتدريب العسكري العام وتعينت في التعليم العام بني وليد وتحصلت على تفرغ للدراسة فواصلت دراستي بجامعة طرابلس وتحصلت على دبلوم الدراسات العليا قسم الدراسات الإسلامية بتاريخ 17 / 10 / 2002م بتقدير عام جيد 71 ثم أكملت كتابة الرسالة بجامعة المرقب كلية الآداب والعلوم بترهونة واجتزت المناقشة بتقدير عام ممتاز بتاريخ 12 / 10 / 2004م .

    ثالثاً : تعاونت في كلية الآداب وكلية المعلمين ببني وليد إلى أن تم تعييني في كلية الآداب عضو هيئة تدريس في جامعة 7 أكتوبر بكلية الآداب بني وليد ومتعاوناً في كلية اللغة العربية والدراسات الإسلامية بالجامعة الأسمرية للعلوم الإسلامية بزليتن .

    وأشرفت على الامتحانات ورصد الدرجات وعدة بحوث طيلة مدة التعاون والتدريس وكذلك حضور الملتقيات والمؤتمرات والندوات التي تقام في الكلية والجامعة.

    رابعاً: بعد أن أنهيت دراستي  الإجازة الدقيقة الدكتوراه أقفلت ملف الدراسة ورجعت لسابق عملي بتاريخ 7/8/2018م محاضراً بكلية العلوم الشرعية قسم أصول الدين ملتزماً بالمحاضرات والإشراف على بحوث التخرج، وبعد ثلاث سنوات قمت بإعداد بحوث للترقية وكانت على النحو التالي1/ الإعجاز القرآني عند أبي السعود إصدار مجلة المتكأ بكلية الآداب،العدد11 سنة 2021م.2/ الحوار والتعددية في الفكر الإسلامي إصدار مجلة المنتدى كلية الآداب،العدد28سنة2021م.3/ استثمار أموال الزكاة في مشاريع تعود على مستحقيها إصدار مجلة المعرفة كلية التربية،العدد15سنة2021م وبهذه البحوث الثلاثة نلت درجة أستاذ مساعد بتاريخ 21/ 11/2021م، وفي عام 2022م ــ 2023 م كلفت إلى جانب التدريس برئاسة مكتب البحوث والاستشارات بكلية العلوم الشرعية  .
