Administrative judiciary oversight in the field of public service
Abstract
The state carries out its administrative activities through its employees, who are the primary tool for achieving its goals. The public service receives significant attention from legislators and jurists in all countries. The role of the public employee varies, expanding or narrowing based on the political, economic, and social philosophy of each country. With the expansion of the state's scope of work and its transcendence of its traditional role of maintaining internal and external security and resolving conflicts, along with its increasing intervention in various economic and social spheres, the number of employees has increased, and organizing the state's administrative apparatus has become a priority.
