حق الخصوصية في العصر الرقمي

إن العصر الرقمي يمثل أكبر حركة تحرر عرفها العالم، فأصبحت حياتنا الخاصة في هذا العصر تواجه مخاطر كثيرة أهمها تتمثل في مشكلة خصوصية المستخدم في العالم الرقمي والوصول غير المشروع لبياناته، ويعد الحق في الخصوصية إحدى أهم الحقوق الأساسية المقررة للإنسان، حيث انه يرتبط بشكل رئيسي بكرامة الإنسان واحترامه، مما أُحيط بالحماية القانونية عن طريق سن العديد من القوانين واللوائح على مختلف مستوياتها. ومن هذا المنطلق تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى الوقوف على المقصود بالخصوصية المعلوماتية والمخاطر التي تواجهها والحماية القانونية التي يجب توفيرها، وضمان احترام الحق في الحياة الخاصة، ومدى الحاجة إلى تدخل تشريعي وطني بإصدار قانون جزائي يعاقب على المساس بالخصوصية المعلوماتية، ويضمن حق الأفراد في حرمة حياتهم الخاصة.
